Lisa Jayne Fine

Lisa has been immersed in the world of dance and performing arts since childhood, studying ballet, tap, modern, jazz, contemporary, drama, and musical theatre. She further honed her craft at the renowned London Studio Centre, where she completed a three-year program and earned a Diploma in Performing Arts. Following her studies, Lisa spent a decade touring internationally with productions such as Spirit of the Dance, performing across the UK, Las Vegas, China, New Zealand, Europe, and the United States, as well as on Holland America cruise liners. She also appeared in various theatre productions, commercials, corporate events, TV adverts, and music videos, based in London. In 2005, Lisa relocated to South Africa, where she continued to work as a dancer, model, and actress. Her work included performances in theatre shows, spectaculars, TV commercials, and films, as well as appearances in fashion events such as South African Fashion Week. Lisa ran her own event entertainment company, Centre Stage Entertainment, for five years. In this role, she conceptualized and choreographed for numerous corporate events. Her expertise and reputation led to invitations to guest judge at dance competitions such as the Dance World Cup, WLDF, PULSE, and the Dance School Championships, experiences she found immensely rewarding. Throughout her career, Lisa has taken on a range of roles, from performer and Dance Captain to Company Manager for international productions like Le Grand Cirque, Moscow Circus, Spirit on Broadway, Hannah Montana LIVE, and RED – The Indian Dance Spectacular, staged at Joburg Theatre and Artscape, Cape Town. A certified Ballet Teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), Lisa is also trained in tap, modern, jazz, and Irish dance and completed all of her examinations with British Ballet Organisation (BBO) and ISTD. She has taught at various dance studios and has a deep passion for guiding young dancers. Watching her students grow and succeed is one of her greatest joys!

With a deep passion for sharing her love of dance, her training spans Jazz, Modern, Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Tap, Musical Theatre, and Hip-Hop. She has competed and achieved success at prestigious international competitions including IDO in Poland, the American Dance Awards in New York, and DanceStar in Croatia, as well as at leading competitions across South Africa. Her work has captivated audiences and judges in over 12 countries, taking her from local stages to world-class international studios. Her expertise and passion for teaching have led her to work with dancers throughout Europe, Russia, and the United Kingdom, as well as connecting with eager students online in Poland, Sweden, Germany, Slovakia, and Norway. Her philosophy is rooted in technical mastery combined with creative freedom… igniting precision, flexibility, confidence, and performance magic in every dancer she mentors.
